Inflatable slide collapses on kids in Encino CA

An inflatable slide collapsed at a street festival in Encino CA and injured several children inside the device. Children ranging in age from 3 to 10 years old got trapped when the two-story-tall slide collapsed on Saturday. Four children went to the hospital with minor injuries, according to investigators.

Question: What went wrong?

Answer: Firefighters said a group of older kids had overloaded the slide. Also the kids were not grouped accordingly. Another good example why its important to follow safety regulations.
